§ 97.057 SWIMMING PROHIBITED.

No person shall swim or bathe in any waters that are within any park, along any trail or are a part of other recreational areas unless a lifeguard is on duty at the particular site. Recreational areas included, but not limited to, are Splash Island Outdoor Family Waterpark and Splash Island Indoor Pool.
