No person shall enter or remain in any park or other recreational area or on any trail, except those portions of trails that are town sidewalks, in the town after the park, trail or recreational area is closed to the public. Parks and other recreational areas in the town are open to the public at dawn and close at dusk or at the conclusion of Department programming or park approved activities, whichever is later.
