§ 97.033 MAINTENANCE OF CONCESSION STAND.

It is ordered that the concessionaire shall be responsible for the maintenance of the concession stand or stands during the term of his, her or their permit. It is provided further than any alteration of the concession stands shall first be approved in writing by the Town Council.
