(A) The terms used in this chapter shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in I.C. 9-22-1-2 unless defined differently in this chapter.
(B) For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
OFFICER.
(a) A regular member of the Town Metropolitan Police Department;
(b) A regular member of the Town Department of Public Works; and
(c) Community support officers.
