§ 93.51 APPLICATION.

This subchapter applies to town highways and other public ways and sidewalks. Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to apply to or limit the use of golf carts on golf courses, private property or the town’s use of golf carts on the town’s municipal property for official purposes.
