Changeable copy signs shall be permitted as part of an otherwise permitted sign, provided that:
(1) On a single use site, a maximum of one changeable copy sign shall be permitted as a part of a ground sign.
(2) In an integrated center, one changeable copy sign shall be permitted as part of a ground sign.
(3) The changeable copy sign shall not exceed 40% of the sign surface area of the permitted sign.
(4) Must follow the provisions of § 7.4.G.
