§ 91.19 HUMANE OFFICER.
   There shall be appointed by the Town Council a person to serve as a Humane Officer who shall be responsible for the enforcement of this chapter. Said Humane Officer shall serve at the pleasure of the Town Council. The enforcement of this chapter shall include police officers of the Town Metropolitan Police Department, Code Enforcement Officer, Building Inspector or other agents of the town designated by the Town Council.
