(1) The ROW Overlay District, which shall apply to all rights-of-way lying wholly or partially within the jurisdictional area of the town, as amended from time to time.
(2) If the provisions in this ROW Overlay District are inconsistent with one another or conflict with provisions found in other adopted codes and regulations of the town, the more restrictive provision, as determined by the Director, shall control unless otherwise expressly provided.
