§ 93.65 REMOVAL OF SNOW AND ICE FROM PUBLIC SIDEWALKS AND PATHS.

The owner or lessee of a business in the town that abuts a public sidewalk or path that is used by the general public for pedestrian traffic shall remove all snow and ice from the sidewalk or path within 12 hours of the beginning of the first accumulation.
