§ 56.34 INTRODUCTION/PURPOSE.
   (A)   The Storm Water Management Department is the department of the town that is established to carry-out the policy, purposes, rules, regulations and enforcement of the town's storm water system.
   (B)   The Storm Water Management Department is controlled by the Storm Water Board consisting of three directors.
