§ 34.004 DEPOSIT OF FUNDS AND APPROVAL OF CLAIMS.
   (A)   In accordance with State Examiner Directive 2020-1, the deposit of town funds shall be made on Tuesday and Thursday of each week and orders that the public funds be secured on those days when a deposit is not made.
   (B)   In accordance with Directive 2020-1, the town designates the Town Council President to approve claims for payment in advance of Town Council approval. Those claims approved by the President of the Town Council must be approved by the Town Council at its first meeting after the approval by the President or after the public health emergency has ended, at the discretion of the Town Council.
