§ 51.199 DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS.
   Charges for sewage services levied pursuant to this section shall be due and payable on or before the due date shown on the bill. Any delinquency associated with this bill will be responded to in accordance with the procedures outlined in the town’s sewer rate ordinance.
