§ 51.192 WATER OBTAINED FROM OTHER SOURCES.

(A) If a user obtains water partially or wholly from sources other than the town waterworks, the total water used must be measured as provided in § 51.013 of this chapter or as directed by the Council.

(B) Single-family homes having any source of water other than the town waterworks shall be charged in accordance with the Town Sewer Rate Ordinance.
