(A) Police parking.
(1) Police parking only shall be permitted on the west side of North Center Street from Main Street to the first alley north of Main Street.
(2) The Chief of Police or any other person designated by the Town Council shall post or cause to be posted suitable signs for restricted parking.
(3) Violation of this division (A) is declared to be an infraction punishable by a fine of not less than $10 or more than $25.
(B) Emergency vehicle parking. The existing public right-of-way at the intersection of CR 875 E and CR 700 S (aka Camby Road), shall hereby be designated for use by emergency vehicles on public streets within the town for the protection of public health, safety and welfare.
(1) Said area shall henceforth be designated as an alley in accordance with I.C. 9-13-2-2.5.
(2) Said alley shall be designated as a fire lane, enforceable under I.C. 9-21-16-5.5.
(3) The fire lane shall be marked and signed to clearly indicate the authorized enforcement of any violation.
