(A) A “no passing” zone shall be established on Center Street between Stafford Road and County Road 600 South, in the corporate limits of the town. Traffic control and the appropriate traffic signs and pavement markings creating a “no passing” zone on Center Street between Stafford Road and County Road 600 South is authorized.
(B) Starting at a point 50 feet south of the intersection of Stafford Road and Center Street, “no passing” traffic control signs shall be placed on the west side of Center Street at intervals of 950 feet to the intersection of Center Street and County Road 600 South.
(C) Starting at a point 50 feet north of the intersection of Center Street and County Road 600 South, “no passing” traffic control signs shall be placed on the east side of Center Street at intervals of 950 feet to the intersection of Center Street and Stafford Road.
