Extensions of time, in six month increments not to exceed a total of two years, for obtaining approval of a final detailed plan may be granted by the Director for good cause shown. In the event that the Director disallows a requested extension, the petitioner may appeal said determination to the Plan Commission within 30 days of being notified of such determination.
