§ 74.21 EQUIPMENT.
   (A)   Lights. Every bicycle when in use during the night time shall be equipped with a white light visible from the front for a distance of 500 feet; and with a red lamp or reflector on the rear visible for at least 300 feet. No other lights shall be permitted.
   (B)   Bell. All bicycles shall be equipped with a serviceable bell capable of being heard for a distance of 100 feet. No siren or whistle shall be permitted.
   (C)   Brakes. Every bicycle shall be equipped with good brakes capable of stopping and holding brake wheel on dry, level and clean pavement.
