§ 4.17F TOWN CENTER STANDARDS ALONG MAIN STREET ON SIDEWALKS.
      (1)   No outdoor seating/dining area may be located closer than five feet from the curb.
      (2)   Outdoor seating/dining areas may not be located within pedestrian clear zones at corners of street intersections. Clear zones are areas measured 25 feet in each direction at the corner of the intersection from the mid-radius of the curb.
      (3)   For areas along Main Street, the maximum number of tables allowed is two per establishment.
      (4)   The maximum number of chairs allowed per table is four.
      (5)   The outdoor seating/dining area can be no more than 10% of the total gross floor area of the business.
      (6)   The floor of the outdoor seating/dining area shall be uncovered sidewalk.
