All landscaping required by this Article shall be:
(1) Installed prior to commencement of the use on the real estate; or
(2) If seasons and weather conditions are not appropriate for the installation of landscaping immediately prior to commencement of the use, all landscaping required by this Article shall be installed by the end of the next planting season after the use is commenced. For the purpose of this Article 4.7G, planting seasons end on May 15 and September 30 of each year.
