The S: School Districts are established to promote and maintain the development of public or private school facilities to provide for the education of students within the town. The development of new schools or the major expansion of existing schools within the S: School Districts shall be subject to the approval of a School Master Plan, as provided for in Article 3.3C below, to assure that the development of a particular school and related facilities, is compatible with nearby residential neighborhoods.
