Each driver or operator of any type of a vehicle, whether motorized or not, and where it applies, including, but not limited to, motorcycles, mopeds and bicycle operators shall obey all signs and signals directing traffic, giving information about special speed zones, hazardous conditions, roadwork and any other special directions.
