§ 70.20 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this subchapter is to provide for the establishment and operation of automatic traffic signals and other traffic regulations to regulate the flow of traffic within the town for the protection of the public health, safety and welfare of its citizens and those persons traveling within the town.
