§ 56.39 SCHEDULE OF RATES.
   The Storm water Department user fee base rate shall be implemented in two phases.
   (A)   Phase One. The Phase One base rate per month shall be $2 and shall become effective on the utility bills distributed in September, 2006.
   (B)   Phase Two. The Phase Two base rate per month shall be $4 and shall become effective on the utility bills distributed in January, 2007.
