§ 55.02 PARTIES DEFINED.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CUSTOMER. The individual, firm, corporation, government agency or other entity being supplied by the water utility via a connection.
   WATER UTILITY. The town municipal waterworks.
