§ 53.07 LEVEL 3 - PROHIBITIVE USE.
   Level 3 – Prohibitive Use shall be comprised of the following:
   (A)   Level 3 prohibitions may include any or all of the water usage restrictions listed in § 53.06; and
   (B)   Users may be subjected to additional prohibitions as determined by the President or the Town Council as conditions and needs dictate.
