§ 53.04 LEVELS OF CONSERVATION.

   In order to implement a water conservation program appropriate to the needs of the water utility and its users, the following levels of conservation are established:

   (A)   Level 1 – Voluntary Conservation;

   (B)   Level 2 – Restricted Water Use;

   (C)   Level 3 – Prohibited Water Use; and

   (D)   Level 4 – Water Rationing.
