(A) It is not within the powers or jurisdiction of the Board of Zoning Appeals to grant waivers of any of the regulations of this ordinance. Only the Plan Commission shall have the authority to waive any of the regulations in this ordinance.
(B) It is not within the powers or jurisdiction of the Plan Commission to grant a variance of use, a variance of development standards, or to approve a special exception use. Only the Board of Zoning Appeals shall have the authority to grant a variance of use, a variance of development standards, or to approve a special exception use.
