The subdivider shall have set under the supervision of a registered land surveyor appropriate permanent monuments at all lot corners. Such permanent monuments shall be set prior to the issuance of an improvement location permit for any building, structure or improvement on the lot. It shall be the responsibility of the applicant for the improvement location permit to maintain or replace, under the supervision of a state registered land surveyor, the permanent monuments located at all lot corners that may be damaged during construction.
