The subdivider shall have set under the supervision of a registered land surveyor appropriate permanent monuments at all angle points and intersections of street centerlines providing horizontal street control throughout the subdivision. Such permanent monuments shall be set as soon as practical after the potential for damage by continued construction activity has ended. The permanent monuments shall be presented complete and correct in location at the time of subdivision acceptance.
