§ 3.4C SIDEWALKS AND PEDESTRIAN/BIKE PATH STANDARDS.
   (A)   Sidewalks shall be constructed in compliance with the town standards.
   (B)   Pedestrian/bike paths may be constructed of concrete, asphalt or other material approved by the Plan Commission and installed in compliance with the requirements specified by the Plan Commission.
