§ 3.4A SIDEWALK LOCATION.
   (A)   Sidewalks shall be located along each side of a street within the dedicated, non-paved portion of the street right-of-way.
   (B)   Exception: sidewalks shall not be required along local streets which serve only I-2, I-3 or I-4 Districts.
