Private streets (which are not intended to be dedicated to or accepted by the town for maintenance), which have been authorized for use by zoning commitment, variance grant or development plan approval, shall comply with the minimum pavement width standards set forth in Article 4.13 of the Plainfield Zoning Ordinance and the minimum depth and materials standards set forth in the town standards.
