- Plan review: we review all of the building plans for commercial properties, multi-tenant (hotel, motel and assisted living) and tenant improvement plans for life safety, fire suppression and fire department access. This takes between 5 to 10 hours per plan depending on the size of the facility. This includes TAC meetings.
- Working structure fires fee is to be billed to the insurance company for the structure and not the home owner. The
majority of all insurance company allows for this fee. (Based on state fire marshal fee schedule).
