2-4-5: PROCEDURES AND DUTIES OF DISCHARGE APPEAL BOARD:
   A.   Once selected, the five (5) members will work with the city recorder to coordinate meetings and public notices. At their initial meeting the five (5) members will select a chairperson to direct the process.
