2-3-12: FINAL DECISION; COMPLETION OF EXHAUSTION REQUIREMENT:
   A.   A decision of an appeal authority takes effect on the date when the appeal authority issues a written decision.
   B.   A written decision by the appeal authority is the final administrative procedure within the city's process and constitutes an exhaustion of administrative remedies as required by Utah Code Annotated 10-9a-801 to appeal to the district court.
   C.   A written decision constitutes a final action under Utah Code Annotated 10-9a-801(4). (Ord. 2008-05, 2-7-2008)
