2-3-11: DECISION OF THE APPEAL AUTHORITY:
   A.   The appeal authority may vote and announce its decision at the time of the appeal hearing, or may take the matter under advisement.
   B.   On an appeal to the appeal board, the board may affirm the previous decision of the decision making body, or remand the issue to the decision making body with instructions for further consideration.
   C.   On an appeal to the city council, the council may affirm the previous decision of the decision making body, overturn or modify the decision of the decision making body, or remand the issue to the decision making body with instructions for further consideration.
   D.   The appeal authority shall issue a written decision after it has had sufficient time in which to carefully consider the appeal. (Ord. 2009-03, 3-5-2009, eff. 3-5-2009)
