A. Not less than fourteen (14) days following public notice, the appeal authority shall hold a public meeting to hear the appeal.
B. At the meeting the appeal authority shall consider the written request for appeal, any applicable record of previous hearings, shall hear testimony of the appellant, the testimony of the proponent, if different from the appellant, and any comments from the public. (Ord. 2008-05, 2-7-2008)
