2-3-7: APPEAL APPLICATION FEE:
   A.   The fee for an appeal is one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). Payment of this appeal application fee is required at the time of filing. A waiver of this fee may be granted in extreme circumstances. (Ord. 2008-05, 2-7-2008)
