A. A five (5) person appeal board will be nominated for appointment by the mayor, subject to city council approval, to hear applicable appeals as outlined in the above chart. Each appeal board member will be a resident of Plain City and will serve for a term of two (2) years. Each member shall be compensated thirty five dollars ($35.00) for each appeal heard.
