1-11-4: SPECIFICATIONS:

All specifications shall seek to promote overall economy and best use for the purpose intended and encourage competition in satisfying the City's needs, and shall not be unduly restrictive. Where practical and reasonable, and within the scope of this section, Utah products shall be given preference. (Ord. 2017-13, 11-2-2017, eff. 11-2-2017)
