A. Separate Offense: Each day any such person, father, mother, husband, wife, son, daughter, sister, brother, uncle, aunt, nephew, niece, first cousin, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law or daughter-in-law, is retained in office by any of said officials shall be regarded as a separate offense.
B. Penalty: In addition to any penalty contained in any other provision of law, including, but not limited to, Utah Code Annotated section 10-3-1310, any person who knowingly and intentionally violates this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this title.
