Whenever any subdivision is proposed or created, the owner, or the owner's authorized agent, shall prepare a plat which shall comply with the rules, regulations and requirements of this title before:
A. It may be filed or recorded in the County Recorder's Office;
B. Lots may be sold or offered for sale; and
C. Any building permit for the erection of a nonagricultural structure shall be granted. (Ord. 2001-02, 3-1-2001, eff. 3-1-2001)
