The Town Center, as indicated on the Future Land Use Map of the General Plan, is established to provide a mix of residential uses and neighborhood (C-1) commercial uses while accomplishing the purpose and intent to design an integral, homogeneous component of the neighborhood, oriented to pedestrian use. The Town Center is an ideal place for mixed use development per chapter 19 of this title and various lots sizes in a Residential Overlay Zone per chapter 20 of this title.
