9-5-3: DANGEROUS BUILDINGS DECLARED NUISANCE:
All dangerous buildings within the terms of this chapter are hereby declared to be public nuisances and shall be vacated or demolished as herein provided. (1982 Code § 10-346; amd. 2003 Code)
