7-3-17: FAILURE TO CONFORM TO DESIGN STANDARDS:

For failure to conform to the design standards and regulation, the city engineer may:

   A.   Suspend or revoke the permit;

   B.   Issue a stop order;

   C.   Order removal and replacement of faulty work;

   D.   Require an extended warranty period; and/or

   E.   Negotiate a cash settlement to be applied toward future maintenance costs. (Ord. 2000-06, 5-4-2000, eff. 5-4-2000)
