6-2-1: VEHICLE WEIGHT STANDARDS:

   A.   There shall be no vehicles over twenty thousand (20,000) pounds allowed on the following roadways in Plain City:

      1.   On 2800 W. from North Plain City Road to the Farr West City line, and

      2.   On 3600 W. from 2455 N. to 1975 N.

   B.   An exception to the restrictions in this chapter shall apply to any vehicle making local deliveries to residents of Plain City, such as appliance deliveries or construction or repair related vehicles working within Plain City. A further exception shall be made for any vehicles making repairs on the road or conducting maintenance, and for farm equipment. (Ord. 2016-10, 11-17-2016, eff. 11-17-2016)
