Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a class B misdemeanor and upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. If any violation be continued, each day's violation shall be deemed a separate offense. (1982 Code § 13-208; amd. 2003 Code)
