It is unlawful for any sexually oriented business to do business at any location within the city not zoned for such business. Sexually oriented businesses licensed as adult businesses or seminude entertainment businesses pursuant to this chapter shall only be allowed in areas zoned for their use pursuant to the zoning ordinance and as authorized herein.
