3-4-6: REGISTRATION OF SOLICITORS:
Unless otherwise exempt under this chapter, all persons desiring to engage in door to door solicitation within the city, prior to doing so, shall submit a completed application to the licensing officer and obtain a certificate. (Ord. 2006-18, 9-21-2006, eff. 9-21-2006)
