3-2-6: BOND REQUIRED:

No license required by this chapter shall be granted by the city council until the applicant shall have filed with the city recorder a bond in a sum and as required by Utah Code Annotated section 32A-10-205. The bond shall be made in favor of the city. (1982 Code § 9-421)
